Fun facts about pro basketball players and teams told my me, Anna, a massive bball fan. I crochet during timeouts and play reviews because I have a short attention span and anxiety.
November 2025, I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. I had successful surgery in January and am on the road to recovery - yay!
Why Sheep?
For years I've had this stuffed animal sheep, aptly named Sheepie Sheep, that has become my game buddy. He has been squished and squeezed, sat and stepped on, and tossed - accidentally - into the ceiling fan. I've apologized.
One night while recovering from surgery, Sheepie Sheep and I were watching our beloved Charlotte Hornets, I realized I did not know very much about several of the new faces on the team when the idea came to me - I'll research these players and instead of crocheting another scarf, I'll crochet Sheepie Sheep mini-me's for each team.
